Pelta Protective Specialists, LLC provides mortgage closings and debt settlement appointments through our licensed and certified loan signing agents.
Our loan signing agents are licensed notaries and certified to walk a borrower through the 100-150 pages of a mortgage document.
Mortgage signings are not charged by the signature.
We offer in-office, mobile, rush and after-hours services.
Loan Singing service pricing are:
- In-office closing: $90
- Mobile closing:
- 0-30 miles 1-way $135
- 31-60 miles 1-way $175
- 61-90 miles 1-way $225
- Rush service under 3-hour notice, add $75
